Introduction

Roof Rack Galore stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a warranty policy to our customers. This warranty policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer repairs, replacements or refunds for our products, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Warranty Coverage

All our roof racks, crossbars, and roof boxes come with a warranty ranging from 6 months (econ) up to 1 year (premium) from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or any alterations to the product
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and faded material
  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or operation
  • Damage caused by overloading the product beyond the manufacturer’s specified capacity
  • Damage resulting from commercial use

    Please note, the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims

Additional Warranty Conditions

This warranty policy is only valid if:

  • The product is fitted by us, or
  • You fit the product and send us a short 10-second video of the fitment to confirm that the installation is done properly. We cannot be held responsible if we did not approve the installation.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty policy, please contact us at [email protected]. Include a description of the problem, photographs of the issue, and a copy of the original proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your claim, we will evaluate the issue and determine whether the defect is covered under this warranty policy. If the claim meets our warranty criteria, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a replacement with a comparable product will be made.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items for warranty inspection. If the product is deemed to be defective and covered by our warranty, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Statutory Rights

This warranty policy does not affect any statutory rights that you may be entitled to as a consumer under applicable local law.
