I bought roof racks from Roof Racks Galore and the entire experience was excellent. My first purchase with them was incredibly quick. Communication was clear and efficient, and the order was delivered within two days. The most impressive part of the experience was the customer service from Jackie. When I contacted her to explain that we had accidentally broken two of the locks and covers, she immediately stepped in to help. She arranged replacements for us right away, which was incredibly kind and helpful. That level of service is rare. It was quick, helpful, and genuinely customer focused. The roof racks themselves are great. They are well priced, good quality, and work perfectly. Combined with such outstanding customer service, it made the whole experience even better. Five star service all around. I would absolutely recommend them.

100% recommend. Purchased the extended basket style from them. Received next day. You totally get more than what you pay for. Installation instructions are weird but eventually figured it out. Very responsive and helpful on WA.

We had our roof rack and roof box fitted today. We were greeted with the biggest smiles, and with lots of friendly doggo’s that kept us company while the installation was taking place. We are so happy with the outcome, both the box and the rack seem like good quality. After a quick 30 minutes all the details were explained to us, and we were on our way. I will be back to update my review after the December holdays when the box has been put to good use. A big thank you to the Roof Rack Galore team, we appreciate the great service!
