We have partnered with trusted couriers Skynet and Courier Guy to help us achieve this aim. Our shipping costs are determined based on the size of the product, ensuring a fair and transparent pricing policy.

Furthermore, we want you to be in the know at all times. That’s why we provide tracking numbers for all our shipped orders. You can easily track your orders from our website and see real-time updates on your product’s journey from our store to your door.

Shipping Methods: At Roof Rack Galore, we use two reliable shipping methods: Skynet, Courier Guy and DPD laser. We ensure that your product is shipped safely and securely.

Shipping Locations: We ship all across South Africa. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the size of the product:

Small products: R150
Medium products: R250
Large products such as roof boxes: R1300

Handling Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order before it’s shipped. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Gauteng: Approximately 48 hours, excluding the day of order.
  • Other Provinces: Between 48 to 96 hours.
    Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery times may vary.
  • Order Tracking and Notifications: You will receive an email from Bobgo with your waybill number once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to check your spam folder for this email. You can use this waybill number to track the status of your shipment on our website by clicking on “Track Order”. If you have any problems tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Couriers: We primarily use Skynet , Courier Guy and DPD Laser for our shipments.
  • Insurance: All orders shipped from Roof Rack Galore are insured until they reach your delivery address. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: For international shipments, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
